Service and inspection of ventilation systems
We carry out condition checks, repairs and refurbishment of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment and their components. We propose technical optimisation of ventilation systems in line with customers' evolving requirements.
Under a signed service contract we guarantee service of ventilation and air-conditioning systems within 24 hours of a fault being reported.
We carry out:
- periodic service of heat pumps, air-conditioning, cooling and ventilation equipment; cleaning and disinfection of air-conditioning units
- inspection of cooling equipment – refrigerant leak checks
- inspection of fire dampers from Mandík, Systemair, Kovona, LA Prometal, TROX, TGL, TROGES, ROX, IMOS-PKI, SCHAKO
- inspection of fire-protection ventilation – protected escape routes
- diagnostics through manufacturers' partner tools: Daikin, Toshiba, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
- airflow measurement – AirFlow and Testo instruments
What we service
Air-conditioning systems
Repairs, refrigerant top-ups, cleaning of heat exchangers and filters, fault diagnostics. Warranty and out-of-warranty service of split, multi-split and VRV systems.
Ventilation units
Regular maintenance, filter replacement, cleaning of heat exchangers, checking of belts and bearings, airflow adjustment.
Heat pumps
Annual service inspections, refrigeration circuit checks, refrigerant top-ups, adjustment of operating parameters.
Inspections and audits
Statutory inspections of air-conditioning systems under Act No. 318/2012 Coll. We issue inspection reports for systems above 12 kW.
