Installation and service of ventilation systems
We carry out the installation, commissioning and operator training for ventilation systems. We can technically resolve spaces with any kind of requirements – family houses and apartment buildings, office spaces, industrial premises including clean-room facilities, hospitals, banks and shopping centres.
Heat recovery means recovering heat that would otherwise be lost. A residential heat-recovery unit brings in fresh air from outside and warms it using thermal energy recovered from the stale air leaving the building. This results in significant energy savings for heating. The two air streams are perfectly separated so that odours from the extracted air cannot pass into the supply air. Heat-recovery exchangers commonly achieve heat-transfer efficiencies of around 90 %.
In cooperation with our long-term contractual partners we provide complete implementation of building services (HVAC) – heating, measurement and control, sanitary installations. We are an authorised partner of Atrea and Systemair.
How does heat recovery work?

Types of ventilation
Family houses and flats
Compact heat-recovery units for new builds and renovations alike. Quiet operation, simple controls, low energy consumption. Ideal for passive and low-energy houses.
Offices and shops
Central ventilation units for commercial spaces. They ensure an optimal CO₂ concentration, fresh air and a comfortable temperature for staff and customers alike.
Industrial premises
High-output ventilation systems for production halls, warehouses and technology facilities. Removal of heat, dust and fumes, ensuring suitable working conditions.
Restaurants and hotels
Specialised ventilation for catering operations – extraction of fumes from the kitchen, supply of fresh air to dining areas, air conditioning of hotel rooms.
Benefits of controlled ventilation
Low CO₂ concentration, filtered air free of allergens and dust.
Heat recovery returns up to 95 % of the heat from extracted air back into the building.
Prevents condensation, mould and unpleasant odours.
Modern units run below 30 dB – inaudible even in a bedroom.
No need to open windows – noise, pollen and insects stay outside.
Automatic regulation or control via a smartphone app.
Subsidies for controlled ventilation
Installing controlled ventilation with heat recovery is an eligible measure under the New Green Savings programme (NZÚ). The new stage of the programme, launched in June 2026, offers ordinary households an interest-free loan – the state covers all interest and fees. Direct subsidies are available for vulnerable households under NZÚ Light.
| Type of support | Maximum amount |
|---|---|
| Interest-free loan – family house, partial renovation | CZK 750,000 |
| Interest-free loan – family house, comprehensive renovation | CZK 2,000,000 |
| Direct subsidy – NZÚ Light (vulnerable households) | CZK 400,000 |
The State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (SFŽP ČR) accepts applications from 25 June 2026 to 31 October 2029 via the zadosti.sfzp.cz portal. We will help you with the documentation.
